NZ Hops welcomes Alana Riley to the Board

NZ Hops is pleased to announce that Alana Riley has joined the Board as a Shareholder Director.

Maurice Noone, Chair says, “NZ Hops is delighted to welcome Alana to the Board. Alana brings industry experience, together with strong sales and marketing business expertise."

Alana has over 10 years of experience working with international distributors and a solid knowledge of sales and marketing at a board level. She has a clear understanding of the co-op as a grower of New Hoplands.

"I know the challenges of the industry, and I am looking forward to getting involved at a governance level to continue to grow our global standing and sales," says Alana.

At the same time Paul Dalzell resigned from the Board after 14 years of contribution - almost all as Chairman.

The NZ Hops board comprises Independent Directors Maurice Noone - Chair, and Paul McGilvary, and grower representatives Dean Palmer of Hinetai Hops, Cameron Ealam of Holmdale Farm, Alana Riley of New Hoplands, and Peter McLeod representing Northwood Hops and Oasthouse Hops as Shareholder Directors.
