We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Director to join our team to lead the continued growth within the business. Reporting to the CEO and as part of the Leadership Team you will be responsible for developing and enhancing strategic customer relationships, securing forward contracts and enhancing the NZ Hops brand, managing direct and channel sales development, building brand awareness both locally and internationally, and being a key liaison to growers ensuring that strong and lasting relationships are formed.
To be successful in this role you will have had proven senior sales experience, ideally from the FMCG beverage sector. You will have strong relationship management skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will manage the NZ Hops CRM, so strong systems capability would be beneficial. Having two offshore sales focused direct reports the ability to manage, develop and ensure the team is performing to a high standard is key.
This dynamic position requires a self-starting, motivated person who possesses strong sales management skills and has the ability to work within a close-knit team. This is a full-time position and would suit someone who thrives on a challenge, who is open to travel and has what it takes to make NZ Hops grow.
